The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Procurement Department's various information systems, applying technology systems and tools to improve business processes, and serving as technical support for ERP and eProcurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Procurement Department's information systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Apply technology systems and tools to continuously improve business processes and increase productivity.
  • Provide technical support for ERP and eProcurement systems, collaborating with technical and functional staff from various departments.
  • Analyze, automate, and improve department processes, ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Perform testing for system fixes, builds, and upgrades, ensuring all processes function properly.
  • Document system issues and work with IST and software vendors for resolution.
  • Support department SharePoint and web content, as well as end users and provide help desk support.
  • Develop and deliver Procurement systems training and job aids for users.
  • Use business intelligence and reporting tools to analyze and interpret data, consistently delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning and/or eProcurement systems support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with report and querying writing tools.
  • Microsoft applications (Office 365 and SharePoint) expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project Management and/or system implementation experience.
  • Ability to develop system documentation and training materials and deliver training to users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in a related field.
