We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director to spearhead the establishment and growth of our Life Insurance Division as part of the Tandym Group in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive senior-level experience in FMO operations, a strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its regulatory environment, and exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Job Description:

The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency within the division. This will include managing and optimizing the Licensing Department and Insurance Operations, leading and coordinating product SMEs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop the Life Insurance Division, leveraging expertise and resources to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement operational processes and procedures, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize licensing processes, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMO operations at a senior level, preferably in a leadership or executive role.
  • Strong understanding of the life insurance industry, including regulatory requirements, licensing processes, and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a relevant field such as finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Active Health and Life Insurance License - FL 215.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
