Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Projects Associate to join our project management team. As a Financial Projects Associate, you will be responsible for conducting financial audits, providing consulting services to clients, and contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Provide consulting services to clients on financial matters, including transition to new accounting standards
  • Contribute to business development efforts by researching and collaborating on proposals
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Perform other financial-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of substantial experience in accounting, audit, or a related field
  • Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or a related field
  • In-depth understanding and experience with accounting, audit, proposal writing, and financial software (QuickBooks Online, QB Desktop, Advance Flow, Drake, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other relevant software

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote position that requires 8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday.
