Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and compose Army cyberspace operations doctrine publications by integrating concepts, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Assess combined, joint, multi-Service, multinational, and Army doctrine related to cyberspace operations for the enhancement and creation of new doctrinal materials.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of doctrinal publications produced by various military schools and agencies.
  • Collaborate with military and government personnel to support all phases of the doctrine development process.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of cyberspace operations, including roles, missions, capabilities, and command structures to effectively analyze and modify doctrine products.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a final Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or have a minimum of three years of experience in writing military doctrine or technical manuals.
  • Demonstrate experience in writing military documents and understanding the capability development process.
  • Be prepared for travel as the doctrine representative for the purpose of gathering information to support doctrine development.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in information operations or cyberspace operations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
