Job Summary

The Service Account Manager is responsible for managing a book of insurance business, working independently with a high degree of discretion and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
  • Supporting Producers and Account Managers in maintaining and expanding business
  • Account rounding and development of new business, as appropriate and in accordance with standard practices, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting with day-to-day departmental tasks, including changes to accounts, policy mailing, and quoting
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work a regular, full-time schedule at HUB's facility(s) and travel on business when required
Education and Experience

High school or equivalent required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
