Job Description Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative project support, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or advanced education in business administration, public policy, or a related field.
  • Experience working in higher education or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Acrobat.
Estimated Salary Range:

$63,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
