Administrative Coordinator for Senior Leadership

Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative project support, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Master's degree or advanced education in business administration, public policy, or a related field.
- Experience working in higher education or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Acrobat.
$63,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
