About the Role:

The Customer Support Specialist at Reveleer provides critical support for our SaaS products, ensuring seamless user experiences. This role involves documenting processes and configurations, as well as providing tier 2 support for application issues. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in SQL, data management, and problem-solving, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for application issues, identifying root causes and presenting possible solutions
  • Document processes and configurations of Reveleer's SaaS products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to development prioritizations, proposals, and client implementations

Requirements:

  • Healthcare/Medicare Advantage experience at the plan level
  • Technical Customer Support or Client Support experience, ideally as a Business Analyst, Customer Support Representative, or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, data management, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years SQL experience
  • ASCII and EDI knowledge is desirable
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
