We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Primary Care Network team in an Internal Medicine practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medication and vaccines, and perform minor laboratory testing. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others will be essential in this role.
### Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medication and vaccines
* Perform minor laboratory testing
* Communicate effectively with patients and providers using our electronic medical record system
* Work collaboratively with a team of Ambulatory Techs, RNs, Physicians, and APPs
### Qualifications
* Diploma from an accredited LPN Nursing Program
* Active New York State LPN license in good standing
