Key Responsibilities:
As a Culinary Specialist, you will:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks daily for residents, adhering to established cycle menus for both standard and therapeutic diets.
- Source raw ingredients and food supplies from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with menu specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures regarding food storage, preparation, and handling to meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Follow hygiene protocols to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure a safe dining experience.
- Deliver services in alignment with each resident's personalized service plan, considering their preferences, abilities, and life experiences to enhance their overall well-being.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- The ability to prepare a diverse range of foods in large quantities.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in institutional cooking.
- Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Influenza.
- Strong proficiency in English, with the capability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $27.
