Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Doylestown, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
  • Regularly round on nursing units to ensure quality care and address any concerns.
  • Create a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
  • Support healthcare staff in documenting correctly and ensure communication with all responsible parties.
  • Consult with Unit Managers to provide continuity of care to residents.
  • Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
