Our facility, established in 4, offers a supportive environment on a spacious campus in Bucks County, PA, providing a comprehensive range of care from inpatient to outpatient and academic services.
The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with mental health regulatory and accreditation standards. This role requires proficiency in basic computer skills or a willingness to learn. The supervisor will oversee clinical and administrative operations during assigned shifts, providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to all staff on site. Additionally, the supervisor will coordinate unit management and staffing allocations. A minimum of one year of experience working with mental health patients, particularly children and adolescents, is preferred.
