The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during the overnight shift, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM
Compensation:
Salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus:
A $5,000 bonus is available for full-time hires.

Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will:
1. Direct and supervise the implementation of resident care plans, ensuring the use of appropriate safety measures and infection control protocols.
2. Coordinate and oversee all services on assigned units to foster a comfortable and homelike environment for residents.
3. Conduct rounds on the units, engaging with staff and residents, and welcoming new admissions.
4. Support and guide nursing staff in assessment and care planning for residents experiencing changes in condition.
5. Assist with task management, priority setting, and education, while ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and medications.
This role is vital in creating a collaborative atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
