Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Attorney Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our corporate tax team, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and guidance on mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice and guidance on mergers and acquisitions transactions
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tax documents and agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
Requirements:
  • JD and 4+ years of experience as a lead lawyer in M&A transactions
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
