Work Environment:

This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence at our Headquarters. Initial training will be conducted fully onsite, followed by a flexible schedule of 1-2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Resolve support inquiries promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Install and configure software applications for workstation deployment.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, email configurations, group memberships, and drive mappings.
  • Collaborate with systems, networking, and security teams to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Guide users in adhering to established security protocols.
  • Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Evaluate and test new technologies for operational enhancements.
  • Monitor and report security incidents in accordance with the Incident Response protocol.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience supporting Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
  • Strong proficiency in desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware support.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server Support and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS and DHCP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in communication and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and unexpected demands.
  • Dependable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $106,800, reflecting your potential earnings with DealerOn for the duration of the role. Adjustments may be made based on job-related factors, including experience, training, geographic location, and departmental budgets.
