Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dedicated SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST who is enthusiastic about enhancing the health and well-being of our patients. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, which includes:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate patients for treatment.
- Developing individualized care plans and setting achievable goals.
- Monitoring progress towards the attainment of established goals.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning.
- Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional activities.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
