Key Responsibilities- Safety, Quality, and Production (SQP): Ensure the Maintenance staff adheres to safety protocols, maintains high-quality workmanship, and meets production standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, service, and PM schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Staff Management: Instruct, train, discipline, and assign work to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize, control, and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and identification of maintenance materials.
- Facilities Management: Oversee property maintenance, snow removal, and other related tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a factory setting and 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of electrical systems up to and including 480 3-phase required, knowledge of welding and electrical hoist maintenance preferred.
