Maintenance Technician

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
