About the Role:
As a Critical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in our 18-bed ED and 50-bed hospital setting. You will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide critical care services to patients in our ED and hospital setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for patients
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience.
