Pulmonary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Care Specialist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. This role requires the ability to provide high-quality respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a critical, non-critical, and chronically ill setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform patient assessments and develop comprehensive respiratory care plans under the direction of a physician with minimal supervision.
- Conduct various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital.
- Manage ventilators, deliver aerosolized drugs, and perform airway management tasks, including nasotracheal and endotracheal suctioning.
- RRT license in the state of employment is required.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Respiratory Care Practitioner is preferred.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
This full-time position involves working varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
