Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory specimen intake, processing, and distribution tasks with precision.
- Supervise specimen collection procedures and offer guidance in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Efficiently manage patient information, including order entry and result dissemination.
- Deliver exceptional customer service support to phlebotomists, technical personnel, and clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
- Understanding of blood/body fluid handling and laboratory specimen management is required.
- Experience in specimen processing and phlebotomy is necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
