About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and making recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves and displays
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
