Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As an ERM specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing policies, standards, and controls to ensure the firm's adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ERM policies, standards, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret and clarify regulatory requirements relative to ERM-owned programs.
  • Review and improve governance practices across ERM programs.
  • Design and implement ERM governance documentation, including policies, standards, and controls.
  • Develop training materials aligned with policies, standards, and controls.
  • Perform gap analysis of existing policies to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes.
  • Collaborate with other areas to ensure effective risk management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Risk Management function with a bank, Financial Services consulting, or regulatory body.
  • Understanding of Risk Identification and Strategic Risk regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Risk Identification and/or Strategic Risk governance and controls.
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with attention to detail, team-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to assess complex issues and identify potential solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Word.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree in a finance, business, or technical discipline.
