As a Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will take charge of defining implementation strategies and plans to guarantee optimal cloud performance and reliability across the servers, networks, and associated utilities and hardware that form the cloud infrastructure.

You will conduct thorough analyses and provide dependable engineering recommendations to ensure six sigma reliability and resiliency of the cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you will monitor and report on cloud utilization while planning for continuous process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:


Apply a systematic, engineering-focused approach to the design, architecture, requirements gathering, development, operation, and utilization of cloud technologies and platforms for mission-critical solutions.

Utilize software, platform, and infrastructure-as-a-service to deliver GEOINT solutions.

Ensure maximum efficiency in the use of cloud services.

Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly


A STEM degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related technical or scientific disciplines such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related equivalent experience.

Demonstrated senior-level experience in leading or supporting cloud-based systems engineering initiatives within government or industry.

Possession of one or more Cloud Certifications, including but not limited to:

AWS Certified

Cisco Certified Networking Administrator – Cloud

Cisco Certified Network Professional – Cloud

IBM Certified Cloud Solution Architect

MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure

VMware Certified Professional (VCP7-CMA)

Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program.

Expertise or certification in Citrix XenApp

Experience in scripting/automation using PowerShell, VBscript, AutoIT, or similar tools.

Familiarity with SAN storage infrastructure, particularly EMC.

Experience with Microsoft Clustering.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).

Prior experience in IC program/project work.

Previous involvement in IC or DoD program/project work.
