Position Overview:


We are seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at a prominent installation, manufacturing, and distribution firm.

This organization specializes in providing essential building materials for the residential construction sector across various locations.

As the largest independent supplier of comprehensive services for lumber, trusses, doors, and windows, we cater to general contractors as well as multifamily and single-family builders.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage a team of construction superintendents
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in construction
  • Experience in finished carpentry is preferred
  • Knowledge of hardware and locks is advantageous
  • Skills in warranty or defective product evaluation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Physical Requirements:
Heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing

Extended time spent outdoors and on active construction sites

  • The candidate will collaborate closely with Superintendents, necessitating a friendly and communicative demeanor. Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to changes are essential. This role demands quick thinking and precision in delivering high-quality work.
