Job Overview: DaVita is seeking a self-motivated and organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
  • Apply nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans
  • Manage patient cases independently, taking ownership of their treatment and care
  • Train patients on peritoneal dialysis and empower them to administer their own dialysis
  • Lead, coach, and guide patients, support systems, and care partners

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 12 months of RN experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook

Salary: Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on location and experience.
