Our client, a leading agricultural company based in central Iowa, is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join their team. As a CAD Drafter, you will play a crucial role in developing accurate structural drawings and bill of materials (BOMs) using AutoCAD.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the engineering team to create complex structural designs
* Work with the engineering data coordinator to develop detailed BOMs
* Modify work plans as projects develop, ensuring up-to-date files are always available
* Maintain and update drawings and files throughout the construction project lifecycle

**Requirements:**

* 2-year degree in CAD or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit preferred)
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other general office technologies
* Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under deadlines
