Job Summary:

The Mental Health Specialist will provide community-based services that encourage and support progress towards meeting client goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ohio licensing standards and be able to oversee programs to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral health services to clients, including diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
Coordinate and support other therapists and skills coaches to ensure accurate and complete documentation and billing.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies regarding current clients.
Provide an environment that promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality, following HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or professional counseling.
Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPC).
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, judgment, flexibility, commitment, and internal drive/motivation are necessary for success in this position.
Valid driver's license required. Automobile insurance with minimum state liability amounts required.
