Job Description

You will manage and grow the customer base, building and mentoring a team of world-class planning professionals to deliver exceptional results. Your primary goal is to consistently meet sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex customer accounts and build long-term relationships with executives and operational teams.
  • Resolve project issues related to timeline, budget, and scope, providing regular communication and status updates.
  • Ensure project quality meets customer satisfaction and ROI expectations.
  • Grow business from a sales and revenue perspective at assigned accounts.
  • Manage customer delivery and team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations research, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of retail and consumer product supply chain experience, including demand planning, assortment planning, order fulfillment, and allocation planning.
  • Retail and consumer product supply chain experience must include:
    • Implementation of supply chain solutions software for Fortune 500 retailers and CPG customers, managing project margin and achieving completion within given criteria.
    • Serving as part of implementation cycle teams on at least six projects for retail planning software, such as assortment, demand, fulfillment, size scaling, store planning, and financial planning.
    • Leading teams through implementation cycles for retail and CPG supply chain solutions, facilitating change requests and providing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and coaching.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-caliber planning practitioner teams, including functional subject matter experts, engagement leads, and implementations consultants.
  • 3 years of experience in each of the following:
    • Management of financial/business plans with post-license sale revenue forecasts, achieving at least 80% accuracy.
    • Managing project budgets, invoice processes, and accounting processes for projects, including time and material, fixed bid, milestone acceptance.
  • 4 years of experience resolving customer project issues, escalating them to appropriate parties for successful implementation on time, budget, and scope.
  • 5 years of experience interfacing closely with R&D teams to provide field-level insights and customer issues.

Travel Requirement

This role requires 50% travel primarily domestic, possibly international.
