Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and implement interventions to prevent adverse outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and make informed decisions.
