About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Community Health Programs Inc. in Great Barrington, MA. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and escort patients to exam rooms, prepare them for visits, and accurately obtain and record vital signs.
  • Assist providers with exams, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic treatments as requested.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing laboratory requests, delivering specimens, and retrieving lab results.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer patient calls, and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program.
  • Massachusetts Certified Medical Assistant Certification is required.
  • Medical office experience and electronic medical records experience are a plus.
