Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding of care needs and services.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and home care.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare services, policies, and procedures to provide expert guidance and support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field.
- LPN or RN licensure required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
