Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of associates to provide excellent customer service and ensure that they are meeting sales and service targets.

Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and providing customer service.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Leading a front-end team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
