We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and marketing goals, promoting the development of our business.
Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a strong desire to build long-term relationships.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or customer-facing role.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
