Job SummaryThe Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for educating and informing homeowners on what they're entitled to through storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding, and gutter projects. This role will involve prospecting, qualifying, identifying, and closing new sales opportunities, as well as managing and maximizing assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities
- Manage and maximize assigned territory
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property
- Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking
- Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners
- Educate customers on the industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
- Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
- Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff
- Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings
- Follow AmeriPro's sales system, policies, processes, and procedures
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Industry knowledge a plus
- Previous experience using a CRM platform
- Experience following a documented consultative sales system
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Dedication to personal career development
- Valid driver's license and 21 years of age or older
