Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the community's network and technical equipment are functioning properly and securely.
  • Provide on-site technical support and administration to residents and staff.
  • Maintain the medical administration system and ensure its integrity.
Requirements
  • A passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Three years of IT administrative experience, preferably in assisted living, full service, skilled nursing, and/or hospitality industries.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small group presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and Sunrise applications, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, with a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.
