Role Summary:
The Venture Team Intern will assist the CI team in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on existing portfolio companies, and providing administrative support to the investment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze potential investment opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence on existing portfolio companies
  • Prepare and present reports to the CI Investment Committee
  • Provide administrative support to the investment team
  • Collaborate with other teams within CI to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science, engineering, or another related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of financial statements, business plans, and other financial and legal documents
