About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to drive key strategic initiatives and operational excellence in our Business Operations and Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of both strategy and operations project experience, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing company strategy and operations transformation plans
  • Piloting and scaling new products and services
  • Business outcome management and performance measurement

The successful candidate will be able to see the big picture, but also roll up their sleeves to help us continuously improve.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Strategy: Provide strategic insights to leadership and inform the company's strategic direction
  • Operations / Execution: Drive execution of projects, including program management and change management
  • Business Performance Management: Manage business performance metrics and KPIs

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business modeling experience
  • 3+ years managing time-sensitive review projects
  • 3+ years project management experience
  • 3+ years experience in at least one of the following: strategy, operations, finance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset (e.g., Excel)
  • 4+ years Consulting or Investment banking experience
  • IPO experience
  • MBA or MPH preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
