Job Title: Construction Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Construction division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling construction equipment and aftersales service to customers in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Utilize phone calls and site visits to secure business and develop customer base
  • Actively promote the sale of used equipment
  • Identify, qualify, and add new customers and prospects to the database
  • Work with sales admin to ensure all processes are completed correctly and timely
  • Deliver and exceed agreed financial targets
Requirements:
  • Understanding of construction equipment and applications
  • Excellent communication and work ethic
  • Awareness and established relationships with customers in our trading area
  • An open mind to find different opportunities to sell equipment
  • Prepared to put in the hard work and hours required to be successful
  • The capacity to work independently
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Strong strategic and planning skills
  • A full driving license
  • A good understanding of IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel
