Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Environment Management: Ensure prompt, friendly service, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Team Leadership: Develop and motivate team members, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels, ensuring product preparation and presentation meet company standards.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a high-quality guest experience by employing tools such as table touching and proactivity in resolving potential guest issues.
- Operations Management: Effectively oversee and schedule associates to meet sales demands, manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Experience: One to two years of guest service experience and one to two years of prior supervisory experience, preferably in a casual dining setting.
- Skills: Positive attitude, ability to handle difficult guest interactions, and basic math and verbal communication skills in English.
- Certifications: ServSafe Alcohol and Food Certification a plus.
