Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-stress environment.
  • Experience leading a team of 10-20 individuals.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle employee conflict.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
