Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior customer service to clients via phone and in-person interactions
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies, modifications, and claims
  • Examine insurance policies for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Process insurance applications and issue corresponding policies
  • Conduct policy assessments and propose updates for coverage
