About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical and distributive services for patients in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, with a focus on patient care and medication management. You will be working closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical and distributive services for patients
  • Managing medication orders and dispensing medications
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy licensure in the State of Texas
  • Two years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience.
