About the Role

  • Maintain efficient part movement throughout the manufacturing process to meet monthly targets.
  • Monitor and expedite critical work orders on a daily basis, collaborating with the planning, procurement, product engineering, and quality assurance teams as needed.
  • Update the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system in real-time upon moving parts to the next operation.
  • Support production by performing 100% sort or rework tasks when necessary.
  • Participate in other essential tasks that aid manufacturing operations, customer satisfaction, and supplier relations.
  • Comply strictly with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and instructions, reporting incidents, injuries, spills, property damage, and near misses to supervisors promptly.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Promote 5S standards and ensure a clean working environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.

Salary and Benefits

$55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
