The Global Supply Chain Coordinator will also provide customer service, resolve shipment issues, and maintain department files.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and verify import and export orders, working with applicable customs agencies to ensure on-time delivery.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for export customs regulatory compliance.

* Prepare, validate, and submit documentation for product acceptance and payment from customers.

* Analyze material inventory reports and place purchase orders to support production schedules.

* Build and maintain shipping schedules for all inbound/outbound shipments, both domestic and international.

* Complete international packing lists using Excel.

* Provide quotes using third-party vendors.

* Perform data entry functions through ERP systems.

Requirements:

* 4 years of experience within the transportation industry.

* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

* Experience with ERP systems.
