Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead our diverse portfolio of projects, primarily focused on Healthcare, Higher Education, Civic, Worship, and Workplace.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure, profit sharing contribution, and IRA 15% employer contribution with no match necessary. Additional benefits include annual team events, quarterly events, and normal other benefits.

Job Responsibilities

This position involves running projects from design to completion, client-facing throughout the project, and working on projects ranging from $30,000 to $300 million. A strong understanding of Revit proficiency is essential, as well as registered or pursuing registration. Experience with Indianapolis Healthcare facilities and the Indiana healthcare market is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-15 years of experience in architecture, preferably with 5-15 years of experience.
  • Revit proficiency.
  • Registered or pursuing registration.
  • Experience with Indianapolis Healthcare facilities and the Indiana healthcare market.
