We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position is 40 hours per week in our Reno office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and oversee the efficient production of projects, within budget and on time in accordance with current engineering knowledge and practices.
  • Assist the Principal Engineer in providing advanced professional, technical, day-to-day support, guidance and input to other project team members.
  • Develop design concepts which are incorporated in final product by Staff Designers, Staff Engineers and Project Engineers.
  • Supervise staff and complete assigned projects.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets.
  • Conduct site visits/field investigations as required.
  • Oversee preparation of design documents.
  • Responsible for successful completion of assigned projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Registered professional engineer in the State of Nevada.
  • Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
