**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with staff to provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business, law).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
