Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs of test stations, design changes, and general CAD modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical components and test stations using Creo software
  • Collaborate with the documentation group and test engineering packaging group to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
  • Develop and implement geometric tolerancing and precision machining techniques
  • Create 3D models and CCAs, harnesses, and cables
  • Provide design review presentations and coordinate with stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or electromechanical design
  • Working knowledge of Creo and Windchill
  • Experience with Zuken software is a plus
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance
  • Must be local to the Orlando, FL site
