Southside Market & Bbq Inc is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for slicing and preparing meats to order, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure accurate orders
- Cut meats to order using safe and efficient knife skills
- Operate restaurant equipment to accurately weigh meats
- Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
- 1 year of prior food handling experience in a professional kitchen
- Texas Food Handler Certificate required (or able to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English
- Must be 18+ years old
