About This Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Accounting and Financial Expert to join our team at Ryan Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial tasks, including bill payments, procurement, and expense reimbursements.

About the Job:

  • You will manage Bill Pays, procurement, and employee reimbursement processes using Ramp.
  • Regularly perform reconciliation and analysis of Ramp/NetSuite transaction synchronization.
  • Assist with monthly accruals, focusing on Bill Pays and employee reimbursements.
  • Support the monthly financial close process.
  • Complete ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
  • Implement process improvements within the accounting function.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or related experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, NetSuite, and Ramp (or willingness to learn Ramp quickly).

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.

Our Location: Near Downtown Charlotte, NC

Work Schedule: Hybrid: In office 3/4 days a week.
